Starting nightly from Dec 8th - Jan 2nd, the entrance fee this year is $15 per car and $18 at weekends and holidays, and you can tune your radio to a holiday music station to get you in the spirit of the holidays while driving through the exhibits.

Mystic Connecticut
Mystic Seaport will allow you and your family to relive the magic of Yuletide long ago with its Lantern Light Tours this holiday season.
You will have a chance to visit with villagers from 1876 and trade stories as you make your way to the local tavern where you will watch sailors celebrate the holiday season and enjoy being landlubbers! There is also a chance you will spot Santa Claus on your way back in a horse-drawn wagon.
Dress warmly and be ready to enjoy a 1876 Christmas Eve when life was simpler and friends and good spirit was all that was needed to have a good time!
The Lantern Light Tours last 60 minutes and operate on December 3-4, 10-11, 17-19, and 26-27. Two tours start every 15 minutes. Advance purchased tickets are $28 for adults and $21 for children ages 4 to 18, the tour is not recommended for children under 4 years.
This is one of the more popular tours during the holiday season in Connecticut so make early reservations.
Boston, Massachusetts
Boston's Christmas season traditionally kicks off with the premier performance of Tchaikovsky's "The Nutcracker", a ballet that never fails to delight all and has become a staple in the Boston Ballet repertoire. Each year, the ballet company manages to add a few surprises while still keeping to the traditional spirit of the story.
Performed at The Opera House in downtown Boston, performances run through December 31st. Booking early is a must and prices range from $35-$162 depending on date and performance.
