Adventures by Disney river cruises will offer a new way for families to experience the heart of Europe in a way that is active, engaging and easy. Four sailings along the Danube River in the summer of 2016, as well as one holiday themed sailing in December 2016, will give adventurous families the chance to experience classic and historic locations as well as hidden gems in eight destinations across four countries – Germany, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.
Highlights will include: a tour through a salt mine in Austria, a nighttime Illuminations Cruise in Hungary, Medieval activities at Devin Castle in Slovakia, strudel making, a Falconry show and a walk in the tree tops of Germany.
Even though the cruises are by Disney, don't expect "breakfast with Mickey" cruises. Instead, you can anticipate an authentic European experience with every detail meticulously planned for you and your family.
