Rosewood Little Dix Bay in Virgin Gorda has lined up a series of Wellness Retreats for 2013 to help you take care of mama bear!

In addition to the yoga and fitness classes that they have offered over the past few years, the resort has two new programs of interest. Each retreat includes twice-daily classes, rejuvenating breakfast and dinner menus (plus recipes!) and amazing treatments at the resort’s spa. And don’t worry, there is still plenty of time to relax and enjoy some downtime on the warm sand! Wondering which retreat is right for you? Here's the scoop:

Revitalize, Refresh, Renew Yoga will be offered June 8-12 and June 12-16, 2013. You can expect fitness galore with Johnny Anzalone, certified instructor of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, Pilates and dance. With classes of Multi-Level Yoga, Meditation, Core Strength and Stretch and the Choreography of Asana and Alignment twice a day throughout the resort, including the secluded beaches, your body, mind and spirit will be revitalized and recharged.

Frankly Fitness® Immersion will be offered November 16-20 and November 20-24, 2013. New York City fitness professional, Frank Baptiste, C.S.C.S. wants to help you learn the skills you need to achieve your own fitness goals during your stay and after you return home. Every one of us can use a little guidance to keep us motivated on our fitness routine. This is a great way to set yourself up for success!
