Things To Do:
- Old Faithful Geyser: With eruptions occurring approximately every 30 minutes, your kids will be fascinated with the geyser. Head out for the day - they've got picnic tables, food for purchase plus a petting zoo. Admission $6-$14.

- Robert Louis Stevenson State Park: If you are a hiking family, this one is for you. Enjoy a 5-mile hike to the top of Mount St. Helena. This is not considered an easy hike, so only experience hikers should check it out!
- Calistoga Bike Shop: With paved bike paths safe for kids, rent a bike Calistoga Bike Shop. They have a wide variety of bikes for riders of all levels and all ages. Rentals start at just $18. They will even help you plan your route if you want to explore on your own or take one of their guided tours to learn about the area from a local!
- Sharpsteen Museum: Get a glimpse of the history of Napa Valley at the Sharpsteen Museum with both permanent and rotating special exhibits. The museum is also famous for its extensive collection of dioramas of Calistoga in the 1860s. Admission: suggested $3 donation for adults children 12 and under are free.
- Safari West: Located 15 minutes outside of Calistoga, Safari West is home to over 500 animals. Experience an “African Safari” in California! This 3-hour safari get you up close to zebras, giraffes and more while cruising around the property in a jeep! $30-$80/person
- Calistoga Balloons: Take in the beauty of Napa Valley from above. Your kids will never forget this awesome experience! Rates vary from $150-$219/person.
