Legoland Florida Debuts DUPLO Valley

Fun for Toddlers, Preschoolers and their families

By Brooke Frizzell June 10, 2014
The sound of laughter and happy shrills of delight filled the air for the unveiling of Legoland DUPLO Valley. From the moment I entered Legoland DUPLO Valley I could tell that Legoland had created a space that made families with toddlers and preschoolers a priority at their park. This amazing new expansion has created a space that allows families with young children the opportunity to interact together.
As I rounded the first corner of the park, I could hear the DUPLO Tractor roaring around the track as the children searched for farm animals hidden within the corn field.

Across the path, families boarded the DUPLO Train which is designed to allow the entire family to interact together as they "visit" farms, fishing holes, and the countryside.

The hot Florida sun was also a consideration as the design team created DUPLO Valley. One of my favorite areas in DUPLO Valley is the adorable DUPLO Splash & Play area. It features several large LEGO farm animals that have water feaures along with the ability to make animal sounds when a child interacts with them. This feature creates tons of fun for the boys and girls.

Over in the Indoor Air-Conditioned DUPLO Farm the youngsters have the chance to climb, explore, and crawl all over the place. The play space is fully themed with farm animals, slides, and climbing stations.

The most popular spot in the farm for tired parents is the fully enclosed Toddler Play Room. Buckets of large DUPLO blocks line the walls which gives the kids a little quiet play time while mom and dad regain some energy to play the day away.

DUPLO Valley has proven to be a fantastic addition to Legoland Florida's 50+ attractions, rides, and shows. Please visit Legoland's website to view more information about planning a trip with your entire family in mind.
Although, I was compensated with Legoland Florida passes for my family in exchange for this review, all opinions expressed are my own.
